All these compote have been designed to perfectly accompany cheese,
or as delicious side-dishes to meat and cold cuts.

Some are spicy and others not,
but all are produced using fresh fruit and vegetables
that are cooked at low temperatures (65-70ºC)
to preserve the tastes, smells and characteristics
of the fresh articles.
