We use few, but good, ingedients in these products. Or to be more precise, a whole lot of fruit and a little sugar. The dense and creamy texture of our products is due solely to the high percentage of fruit that they contain. We do not use pectin or other thickening agents, we simply use more fruit to make our products thick and succulent. How much fruit? More than 110%. Which means that we use at least 110g of fruit to make 100g of jam.

Our use of low temperature cooking methods, and the absence of air currents in our kitchen, means that we can preserve all the natural characteristics of the fruit we use: the taste, the colour and the levels of vitamins and minerals.

Our jams are perfect for making cakes, for spreading on bread or toast, or alongside cheeses and cold cuts.
